Yeah it looks good. I would maybe get a higher wattage PSU though, just to make it more future proof in case you ever decide to crossfire GPU's or upgrade different things. Stick with a good brand like Antec though.

Another $5 upgrades your Antec 300 to the Antec 900 with an optical drive thrown in.
