Is this a good gaming rig for the money???

Hi, I am just starting to get into computer games and decided to get a nice desktop. I need to know a few things.

**Do you think this is a good setup for the money?

**I have someone that will build this for me for $50 would I save very much having him build it?

**And is there anything I should consider upgrading from what is listed?

So the i5 processor is better then the AMD FX-8350? Also, is the first link the best setup you would recommend for about a $1,500 budget? I am for the most part computer retarded so sorry if the questions seem like common sense.

Not at all if you are gaming, however in photoshop and cad and other pro work there will be a difference.
