The power supply is overkill. A 500w would power this setup easily.

The video card is very weak. The more you spend on that, the better the gaming will be.

Again, spending the money on a better video card is the way to go. Go to a 6100 or 4100 for the CPU.

Your motherboard has an ethernet card built in.

16GB is overkill for gaming. Go to 8GB and spend the money on something else.
 
not really, can play games but not a good utilization of the money. are you looking to build or just buy?

Then you really picked the wrong parts, I'll look for you tomorrow maybe...

Have a look on newegg and take an i3/i5 + a cheap z77 board + hd7850 + CX600 corsair + 8gb ripsjaws 1600 and stock cooler is ok.

Your monitor you can see yourselve, just don't spend too much money on that. 150-180 dollar should be enough for 24" with 1080p.

assume you are USA until otherwise stated.

for $1300 you can do much, much better.

There is something that you should know first. 1. The cooler I am suggesting is pretty well not good in my findings, but others here stand by it. 2. The OS is being released later this month. 3. You can get a much faster SSD at the beginning of next month with the launch of the 840 series.
Case is personal preference.
