Is this a good mobo for Phenom II x4 955 c3 stepping?

If these work and there isn't any major flaws with this board, I'd rather get this than a $120-$140 board unless there is a convincing argument to upgrade to that price.

For the most part, SATA 6GB/S and USB3.0 are the main difference. There's also several little things.

Also, this is just speculation, but the newer chipsets would seem more likely to be able to get an AM3r2 update, no?
