Yes, it is a good PSU depending on what system it is going into. OCZ is a good brand though, they tend to be very reliable and 500W is pretty substantial. What are the other system specs? That will allow us to know if it is powerful enough or too powerful for the system you plan on putting it in.

Eh, OCZ units are really mediocre at best. Not something i would really tend to suggest unless you are getting it at an amazing price, Sirtec isnt really known for making great power supplies. Last i checked, the modxstream units have struggled after about ~75% load.
