Well you could go with a cheaper case and save $50 but I don't see room to more other than that without sacrificing performance.

No, unless you have the retail version, which I'm guessing you don't, you'll either need to buy the retail version ($190) or a single version to use on one computer. ($100)

Darn! I got Win 7 from Gateway for free when it came out, but I lost it

was probably an upgrade disk anyways, but for now you can use Ubuntu or download and burn/put on a flash drive windows8 dev preview, not the best frames when i play, but my gpu sucks and i haven't even put in any drivers if it even supports them, but i'm running win8 right now as i'm typing this and is completely free, but fairly bug prone.
