i saw an ad on a website for a used pc, here are the specs:

$110 for:
P4 AMD Duron 1.3 GHz complete system
Asus A7V333 DDR motherboard supports up to Athlon XP 3000+
256 MB DDR Ram
80 GB HD
USB 2.0, firewire
Promise Raid controller - up to 8 IDE devices

includes
CD, video, Floppy, mouse, keyboard
bonus: its in a custom clear panel case with internal neon light


i was just wondering this a good deal, xp is also preinstalled, but i have the xp cd so that doesn't matter.
 
Anything that says "P4 AMD Duron" I'd stay away from :P

No, it's not a good system. I mean it'll surf the web and what not alright, but don't expect to do much else with it. Plus there's no mentioning of the GPU, so I assume it's some rather low end onboard.

Save your money. You could get much better for a bit more.
