Is this a good trade?

So I was considering selling this desktop for around $600-$700 on Craigslist that I built. It's in perfect working condition. I received an email from a guy who wants to trade it for a white Macbook from early 2009. I was wondering what the opinions are on this deal. If I was to trade for the Macbook it would be for the purpose of selling it, not for any long-term use. Here are the specifications:


DESKTOP:
Processor: Intel Core i3 530
RAM: 4GB DDR3 1600
HDD: 1TB, 7200RPM
Graphics: Integrated
Optical: DVD/RW
Case: Antec Two-Hundred
PSU: Cooler Master eXtreme 460
Software: Windows 7 Ultimate, Microsoft Office 2007


MACBOOK (MB402LL/A):
Processor: 2.1GHz Core 2 (I believe this is the T8100)
RAM: 3GB DDR2
HDD: 250GB
Graphics: Integrated
Optical: DVD/RW
Software: Snow Leopard
Includes box and all original accessories
 
Really, your desktop is perfect, well better than the mac, consider that your desktop is much faster since its got DDR3, and 4 gig. but i suppose you want a laptop since as i understand the macbook is a laptop, but in my opinion it is not worth 600-700$, that one is worth at least 300-400$ in real market (that is my opinion)
 
If you know the updated price of that macbook then you can decide if its a good trade or not. My opinion, I think your desktop specs is better than that macbook. I would suggest that you try to find out the updated price of that model so that you can decide.
