This is my first attempt at trying to put a setup together. I'm trying to get the best setup I can. Thanks for any advice in advance!

yes, that's an excellent setup, perhaps one of the best money can buy. i have no idea how good the CPU block is though since i'm not familiar with i7 blocks yet. As for 775 socket, GTZ, fuzion v2, and EK are the top contenders. i know there are 775 to i7 mounts if you want to use any of those blocks made for 775. you also might want to consider a top for that d5 if you have some money to spare

I'm not sure I know what you mean by a "top for the d5"

I know your talking about the pump, thats not the part I'm confused about, I mean specifically the "top" part.
