If you need a copy of Windows let me know, and I can shave some cost off the Hard Drive, Graphics card, and RAM since you don't need it for gaming.
Not really a need for a 9500gt 1gb version, and why would you go with a mobo with such an older chipset?
Staying in the budget dude. That chipset works great. I just built my kids
a pc based on the same specs.
Why do you need to pick apart my build? For what he needs, this will do
everything and more, plus it's within his budget.
Funny how you didn't chose that board for your contribution here.(eg- my friend has a 680g $50 budget mobo and with the latest bios update for it, they could put a Phenom II AM3 socket into it)

Hmm.. true, depends though if they use things like photoshop though, as that provides gpu acceleration. If not then yes, integrated is all you would need.
You'd be able to run Photoshop on the build I put together.I dont use photoshop ever I have it but I have only used it once in the year I have had it

If you need an OS, let me know. I'll tweak the build a bit to fit it into the budget.
