A 3.2 P4 would be decent... I don't know about "dam quick"... you must not have had any experience with dual cores yet.

And that link to the mobo isn't working for me... but ASRock is an ok brand.

i only know of asrock as in mobo with agp and pcie slots

Asrock is OK. I would recommend a better brand if your doing hardcore gaming or overclocking though.

eh get a e6400 and a nforce 650i best preformance for the price

I would spend more than decent amount on mobo since upgrade for parts such as cpu and gpu is needed in the future.

i have overclocked it now it's running at 3.57ghz at the mo with stock cooling showing temps averaging 42oC idle- 49oC under load
