Waste of time. It is probably just Live Linux CD. No, but really have you checked out the Speeding Up Your Computer 101 sticky? Lots of great info there that covers what is being talked about in that ad.
 
It maybe but my guess its pretty much made up of all the different types of freeware and available here on the links for downloads. I'm sure there are many on this planet that don't have a clue and need something for all the general use. nice thought though. put something together that covers a bit of everything and make some money too.
