Is this a solid build for current gen games?

Hi all,

I'm looking to purchase a computer with these settings to play games such as ARMA II, Shogun 2, SC2, Rome 2 (when its released in 2013), BF3 on high settings with little to no performance issues:

Processor: AMD Phenom II X4 3.8GHz (OC from 3.4GHz) Quad Core
Cooler: Arctic Cooling Alpine 64, extra large heatsink, 92mm fan
Memory: 8GB DDR3 1333MHz RAM G-Skill performance profile
Video card: AMD Radeon HD 7850 2GB GDDR5
Motherboard: AMD ASRock 880G chipset
Hard drive: 120GB Solid State Drive SanDisk Extreme

---or----

Processor: AMD Bulldozer FX 4170 AM3+ Quad Core 4.3GHz (4.2GHz stock)
Memory: 8GB DDR3 1333MHz RAM AMD Entertainment Edition
Video: AMD Radeon HD 7850 2GB GDDR5
Motherboard: Biostar AMD AM3+ chipset, HD Audio, Gb LAN, PCI-e 16x
Hard Drive: 500GB SATA-II 7200 RPM Hitachi Deskstar

I understand building my own computer would probably be much cheaper, but I really don't have the time, skill or patience to build one myself(i'd probably fry something by plugging it into the wrong place). Also, they come with a 3 year warranty which I'd lack if I built my own.

Since I am new to computer hardware, which one would be the best choice as they are similar in price (if they are good choices at all)

Thanks!

I would probably prefer the first since it's similar otherwise, but Phenom is a true quad core, while the FX actually isn't.

Ok, thanks. Has anyone used centaurus computers before? I've done some research and they seem like a legit company with better reviews than ibuypower and cyberpower. However, its always good to get a review from a board member
