Is this a stable system?

hey everyone, i'm just curious if these computer parts will work ok together. I simply upgraded some parts on my hp pavilion a6352f pc which i was unhappy with once i tried playing GTA IV on it. the bolded specs are things i changed from the original Pavilion setup..

Specs:

PSU: coolermaster 460w power supply

Video: EVGA Geforce 9800 GT 512mb DDR3

Mobo: Asus m2n68-LA micro-atx

CPU: amd phenom 9500 quad 2.2 GHz

OS: windows XP SP3 (refomatted from a vista home premium)

RAM: PC-5300 DDR2 dual channel 3GB memory (2x1GB, 2x512MB)

case: coolermaster centurion 534+ ATX case

hard drive: Seagate Barracuda 7200 RPM 400GB (performs in 5300 RPM mode because i do not have space on motherboard for 7200 RPM switch cable)

DVD drive: Toshiba 40x CD 16x DVD burner with Lightscribe that doesn't work on XP

Monitor: LG 19" widescreen energy star monitor


so, do any of these parts overpower others which may cause the system to function unstably?

any input appreciated.
 
Yeah i see no problems with it should run very nice:)

Your ram is a bit on the slow side though.
