RAM: You want triple channel (3 dimms) so 6GB or 12GB (3x2GB or 3x4GB)

GPU: Get a 1GB GTX 460 (has more shaders/rops and more memory)

PSU: Could get away with a Corsair TX-650

ok ill get the upgraded video card
and look at some new RAM

i looked at the specs of the tuner and it does apear to be much beter

can i control the tuner from my computer without a remote?

That motherboard needs 3 dimms at a time. Triple channel.
