Is this an overrated video card?

EVGA GeForce GTX 275 Superclocked Edition 896MB

Im building a decent computer with 1500 budget with this video card my budget is around 1550. So is it worthful?

+1, and actually performs better in some ares and they overclock like beasts.

For $1500 you can easily fit an ATi 5850 or 5870 in there...don't settle for merely a 4890!

Yeah with a budget that big, go with a "next gen" card. The 5870 is top dog right now for a fairly reasonable price.

im not saying the 4890 is better but in a 1500 budget you might want to save some of the budget lol.

I own a 4890 trust me its epic i love mine i was thinking of going crossfire with it but im not anymore as im upgrading to 5870's soon (maybe. Depends on nVidias response)
