what? they haven't double posted. speed fan can be off by a bit, check in your BIOS to see what is says your voltages are and let us know.

On the other hand, if you're crashing every other application, I'd say insufficient PSU... what are your specs and PSU specs?

I do not know how to check the BIOS Voltages.

My specs: ECS 780gm-a Motherboard
AMD 6400 3.2Ghz Dual core processor
4GB Corsair 800mhz XMS2 RAM (2x2Gb)
ASUS ATI Radeon HD 4850 TOP Video Card
Seagate 750gb Sata HD
Samsung 22x CD ROM
Rosewill RP600V2-S-SL PSU

Could the PSU be defective though? I do have crashing problems whenever I play a game. Not the computer crashing but the application. I have tried reinstalling a ton. I am getting annoyed with this little problem. It does not matter which game, they all crash.
