Thats actually the recommended specs.

The minimum are as follows:

233MHz
64MB RAM (setup won't allow anything less)

if i build my own computer isn't that cheaper?

I am using a 233 mhz cpu

everything works fine and I can run a 3D game in 800X600 with about 20 FPS

LOL!! I love that!! "I can play A 3D game." I'm sure you can play more than 1 ;) I have XP installed on my laptop with specs below. My friend also has it installed on his laptop: PII 233mhz 160mb RAM, though one time I took the 128mb stick out and had it running on 32mb of ram :D It was pretty slow...
