Seems pretty good to me but it would depend on whether it's AGP or PCI-E (AGP is more expensive), and whether that includes VAT.

It looks like a good deal then. It's a pretty good card. I could say alternatives but I think that is about the best you'll get for the money. I'm not positive though.
