Is this card good?

i woulkd never buy an un-branded card, especially when the warranty is only 90 days. if you're in the us microcenter has a similar card for a similar price i think, but it was branded, not the best brand but a decent one i think.
 
PC partner is a sister brand to zotac...so id say you probably are OK with that purchase. *did a little digging* its considerably faster than alot of cards in the price range, so if you are willing to roll the dice, go for it, could be worth it, and if its likely to fail...eh oh well, 80 bucks on a gpu honestly isnt life changing. (just spent 1200 bucks getting car to pass emissions :P)
