Yes! The motherboard and case can live happily together.

the board and case can live happily together BUT the board is old design, only supports p4 to 533fsb and has sdram slots. I suggest you get a board based on the intel 865pe chipset or via pt800 for a pentium 4 system. those are newer chipsets and support 800fsb p4s and dual channel ddr. a good 865 board is the albatron px865pe pro, abit is7 series. don't know about pt800 boards.
