Everything looks fine, but it looks like you're trying to get pretty high end parts. I'd suggest going with a Core 2, or just some dual core processor.

With a 7950GT and 2GB of XMS2? I'd be more inclined to balance the system. In any case, I'd switch the PSU to an XClio Stablepower 500W or better yet Enhance 5150GH. Both better PSUs at the same price.

So what would you reccomend? Conroe? X2 4200+?

A Core 2 Duo E6300 if it will fit in budget, or an X2 3800+ or 4200+ if not. Either way you'll need to switch your board and RAM.
