Is this computer adequate for watching internet video on my HDTV?

I want a cheap computer that I can hook up to my HDTV via HDMI so I can watch online videos. Is the Lenovo IdeaCentre H405 a good choice? It sells for $350 from new egg. It has ATI Radeon 3000 integrated graphics with HDMI port.
