From Everest:
Instruction Set - x86, mmx, 3dnow!, sse

Can I install Windows 7 64 bit with this CPU?

The motherboard just needs to support the processor, and as long as the processor supports 64-bit you're fine. Pretty much any new processor you buy today can run 64-bit.

Yep. Your motherboard might support the Athlon 64 series.
