Keep your corsair psu and video card and put it in the new one. But yes, its a big improvement from what you have now. You will have to reinstall windows fresh.

So there is no way to transfer my current copy of Windows 7 over? I have to buy a whole new copy? I don't believe my comp came with a cd, it was preinstalled when i bought it from TD.

Yes, you will need a new copy. That windows key is forever tied to that computer/motherboard.

Yup, good deal. Keep your GPU, PSU, and your HDD for extra storage. The PSU bundled in that deal sucks. You will need another W7 copy.
