Hi i am a newb here but i wanted to know ur opinions about the comp am about to buy :D
Folowing comp is $1670 canadain after tax, is it worth it with this spec? or can u recommand better PC with better price?

Yeah i would say so! Looks pretty decent but homebuilds ushaly work out cheaper that the equvelent company build

  2. What do you intend to use the computer for?

And the X600 is a budget card. It should run most newer games at around medium settings.

there is no way that computer is worth it, u culd get a much much much better comp if u built it urself, but if u cant then yea sure i guess its worth it.
 
Thnx for ur input guys, sadly i dont know how to build comps and i dont think i have the time for it (8 courses per term ;\)

Mostly used for Comp engineering programs such as inventor, solid works and auto CAD
and some gaming as well

Hmm depends on the games you want to play and what kind of quality/performance you're expecting :)

Often you can goto a small computer store and get them to build you one (say for $50-$100 labor or something)
