Is this fan speed normal

i have a intel celeron d and its temperature is 41c and the fan runs 4018 rpm is that normal? and does anyone know how to lower the fan speed?

i think it is normal but if it bothers you you could buy zalman fan mate
or find some software thet has an option to lower fan speed

mine is very close. perfectly fine. try speedfan for speeds of the fan

i got speedfan and i tryed to lower the fan but it dosent work

same for me. some just can't be adjusted.

your motherboard probably doesn't support it then.

3/4 that i've tried don't work, the only one working is an oem emachines.
