I've just started at TAFE and after something to help me remember what week it is (calendar week 7 8 etc) when projects are due, etc and wondering if this might be any good or if anything cheaper that allow me to do that.

Meh. It's ok. I had a Palm Zire 72 with a Palm GPS unit and Tom Tom Navigator software. It wasn't bad, but the biggest issue is that the batteries in that series of units are not user replaceable, and they're not the best batteries. When they go, the unit is pretty much junk.

ok then. I guess there isn't really much then. Not really after something too costly.

Look on ebay for an Ipaq or something, i sold one for $180.
