Hey guys I'm trying to find out if this is a good motherboard. Also is the processor good as well?

Mother Board: Asus M2N-SLI Deluxe nForce 570-SLI MCP Chipset w/7.1 Sound, Dual Gb LAN, S-ATA Raid, USB 2.0, IEEE-1394 Dual PCI-E MB
Processor: [Socket-AM2] AMD Athlon™64 X2 4200+ Dual-Core CPU w/ HyperTransport Technology

beacuse I'm trying to make a computer on ibuypower and seeing I only get to select a couple of their choices I dunno if they will fir together and stuff.

That is a very nice motherboard, and yes it's compatible with your AM2 CPU. The new 570 chipset is also alot better performance wise and tweaking wise than the nForce 4 chipsets (not that it makes a difference to the average user however).
 
the mobo i bought recently is very similar to that one except i dont have a processor yet... in my opion i think thats a great motherboard. Mines just coming in the mail and im lookin forward to testing it out with maybe a
2.8-3.8G processor (what ever i can get reasonable priced
:)
