Is this Healthy OC ? (Q9550)

Hello, question is very simple, I have Overclocked my Q9550 a while ago, and now I was thinking about pushing it even further.
I am still at the starter stage of overclocking skill-wise.

This is currently what I am working with

Is this a healthy OC ? I know the Core Voltage might be slightly high. What would you guys change to get higher speeds?
My problem is, I understand overclocking of the CPU itself, however when the FSB/Memory Timings and all that comes into play, I'm pretty damn confused.

the Q9550 should be able to reach 3.4Ghz easily with minimum change in voltage. i run mine at this speed without any change in stock voltage.

also, your limiting factor in going higher would be your ram. i don't remember the ratios, but in order to get higher than 400mhz fsb, you would also have to oc your ram which would tend to 'lock up' your computer. get some 1066 ram, then you should be able to theoretically push your fsb to 533 and keep a 1:1 ratio. the Q9550 would top off at around 450, mine hits a wall at 435mhz fsb, 3.7Ghz core speed. that's a pretty big oc imo. you might need to increase the core vtt & nb voltages to get it stable, but it's not too difficult to get there.

note: you might be able to oc your ram a bit higher since they're only two sticks, i had 4 and it was harder to oc them past 415mhz bus.

just as a test, reset all your overclocked settings. set the multiplier to 8.5 and set the fsb to 420. that will give you a 1:1 memory ratio, set the memory to 420mhz at 4-4-4-15, 2T, 2.1V.

that should be completely stable except for the processor. slowly increase the vcore until the computer will pass a round of Orthos without any errors.

oh and you'll end up with a 3.6ghz overclock!
