Is this Laptop any good?

I bought this laptop for my daughter for christmas.I know its not a expensive one.(cant afford one)But can someone tell if its ok. for msn.pics.just general usage.Its a toshiba satalite.L300.It has 2gb. thanx
 
That will do all the stuff she wants no problems (MS Office, MSN, surfing, school/uni/college stuff). I find that my laptop (slightly better proccessor, thats all) does all the stuff my work comp does (CAD - big RAM/proccessor usuage), but just a lot slower. Out of interest, you didn't put a link - how much you pay as with my quick google I got it for £315 (including upgrade to 3gb RAM) here.

Hi i paid the same.But mines only 2gb.Got it from morrisons supermarket.
 
It is a good one. I do not use, but a very close friend of mine used and he is very happy. Tashiba is a good company, with a long tradition in making computers so you could be sure that you have quality. Now depending for what does she need it. If she needs it for basic use, your daughter will be happy with it. When she will need something more professional, surely she will know what to ask for :).
