Is this even serious? Alot of time wasters on here last little while.

That laptop is good if you need a bottom of the barrel, word processing/email machine...other than that it's pretty much useless

Lol. That laptop was good 10 years ago. If you want anything decent NEVER buy a computer with a Celeron. I bought an HP in 2004 with a Celeron 2.2ghz and it was nothing like a Pentium 4 2.2ghz. Also intel HD graphics are good for just about nothing. You'll be able to watch netflix on that thing if you're lucky.

Crank it up man. Lol. That thing would burn up an have a stroke if you tried anything more than download a large file via email maybe lol

It really depends on what you want to do with this laptop. If you want a laptop for web browsing, word processing, and simple task like that then this would be a good laptop. If you're looking for something for video gaming or anything where you will need more computing power then you will have to look at spending around $1000 for a more high end laptop. Since I am a graphic design student and work with programs such as Photoshop I had to make sure I got a good high end laptop with good graphics. I got my HP envy laptop for around $900 dollars and with the way it's configured it has been a really good laptop for me. So what do you plan on using this laptop for?

i would suggest looking at buying apple, I have recently bought 7 for our business, we have used them for years but as the team has grown, we were unable to afford new macs but needed more mac pros. We decided to buy refurbished which has helped us in terms of quality, affordability and we received a 9 month warranty. perhaps consider that as a route.

I had a MacBook Pro for a few years before I got my hp envy and it wasn't worth it for the price for me. It didn't have good enough graphics for my liking and I was using boot camp a lot on it for Windows. So when I seen the ad for the hp envy I have now I decided to get it. Compared to my MacBook it has much better graphics and I can still use my Adobe programs I need for school plus I can use more programs on it since most programs are made for Windows only. Plus with a Mac while you can have both Mac and Windows on your Mac you have to get use to slightly different controls not to mention a whole new OS. The latest version of Windows, Windows 10 is a big improvement on Windows 8 though it still isn't as easy to get the hang of as Windows 7 was. However despite the differences I don't have much trouble using Windows 10. The only problem I have is at school most of the instructors in my program are more use to Mac than PC.

Opening. I would search for a laptop with i5-4200U CPU. Its at perfect price point and it will fly like jet if it already has a SSD. If not SSD, it will still be like a plan if you are used to regular HDD. Not sure about SSD or HDD? Your the regular down to earth dude and you will be happy with your new laptop.

What ever you do, don't buy anything with Atom quad or trifecta core. You will pull your hair out if you like me.........

Good Luck

Make sure to research the laptop's reliability before purchasing.

For example. This one sounds good however its got few bad reviews right up their alley. I will stay away from it for long lasting impression. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Toshiba-Sat...829278?hash=item1c5ea310de:g:jv8AAOSwwE5WZlab
