Is this motherboard compatible?

I am building a new computer, and wanted to make sure than a EVGA nForce 680i will work with a Intel 2.66 Quad (65nm), and a 9800 GTX.

That cpu will work. The 680i is only *officially* compatible with the 45nm DUAL cores. I have gotten a 45nm quad to run on the 680i with a custom BIOS.
