SLi boards are not yet here in the philippines that's why P5 series is the only available in the asus family

I live at Philippines... just wondering if my machine is just ok? or tell me what to improve k thnx...

Looks pretty good, as long as you're happy with it. Upgrading to 1G of RAM is a good idea, as it seems you're doing. 80GB of storage isn't much, but if you don't need any more that's obviously fine. Your graphics card, like mine, is a bit of a budget card, but will still run modern games fine on at least medium settings. You haven't listed your power supply, but if your computer is stable you probably don't need to upgrade that either.

Overall you have a good budget-midrange system, and there's no desperate need to upgrade any particular component unless you're having problems (or need to find a way to get rid of some money!)
 
The motherboard is good however you may want to know that the 915 and 925 chipsets are "dead end" chipsets since they do not have support for dual core processors. They do however, offer excpetional value if you're looking for a single core box :)
