My CPU shoots up to around 100% every time I browse around the internet. It only goes to 100% when the site is loading. Is 100% normal? I can't belive IE would take that much too work.
Yes that is normal on single core technology at that stage they (intel and amd) hadn't gotten around much to having the processor work less % for less processor intensive tasks.
