Is this normal?

I've just got this card. It's my first time owning a high end card. Everything you see there are made of metal, even the shroud, so it's rather heavy. It actually sags a bit at the unsupported end. It's not very bad, probably 1 or 2 mm. Just want to ask, is this normal? Will it damage my MB in the long run?

As long as you have it secured to the pack panel of your case it'll be fine.

I think it will be alright. I wouldn't say it would damage your motherboard, but it would (very slowly) warp to PCB for the video card. Not anything that will matter though.

asus has taken actions to prevent motherboard warpage and such, your card will be fine, look at the documentation on the card on the website, or check newegg, they explain what they did to the pcb to avoid damage to it due to cooling and heating cycles.
