I have a list of components i think might be good but i need more opinions before i actually buy them.
i need to know if this would be a good setup and if i am missing anything.

Specs:
ASROCK FM2A75M-DGS FM2 Motherboard
AMD Trinity 3.4GHz (4.0GHz Turbo) FM2 APU with AMD Radeon HD 7660D graphics
4GB of DDR3 ram
750GB Seagate Barracuda

I have the other parts and i wanted to know if this was ok for gaming because it is all less than 300 on newegg

It's low-end for gaming.

But 'is this OK for gaming?' is all relative. It's probably fine for playing old games on a small screen, but for newer games on a larger screen, you may want to spend a bit more.

What games are you going to play, what settings do you want to play them at and what resolution are you playing at?

For Low Gaming

Movies and Music is what it would be used for mostly but id like to know if i could play say left 4 dead 2 and if so on what graphics.
I know it obviously wouldnt play games like crysis 3 probably even on lowest settings but what would be the best games i could go up to???

You could probably run L4D2 in 1920x1080 with everything on the lowest.
In 720p you would see a big increase in FPS, but I still think low settings is the highest you can :)
Also note that the speed of the DDR3 RAM has a lot to say about your FPS, because the GPU uses system RAM.
As far as I can work out, it's the A10-5700 chip, not a K (overclockable).

So what if instead

I got a A10-5800K which is the 3.8GHz but used more wattage but is only 1 dollar more.
the ram would be 1866 speed.

Oops

I thought the last post might be confusing but i meant if i did i didnt actually get the parts dont have even 100 dollars yet but i will

The A10-5800k is considerably faster than the 5700, because you can overclock it :)
Don't go with slower RAM. The RAM you have chosen is good.

So is this a good computer?

would this be a good or even decent gaming computer?
And also ive never overclocked something but would i need a good fan or would i be able to overclock with the stock fan?
And is there anything that would help this computer a little or alot for a small amount of money because im on an extremly tight budget all of this is only about 330 or so and im hoping not to exceed 400?

Not a great gaming computer unless you're playing older games or not-so-demanding games because you don't have a dedicated graphics card.

And for overclocking, yes you will need a better CPU cooler than the stock one.

I have a friend who has a gaming pc like that, he doesn't play in 1080p but he can play most games on medium settings or even high if the game is older.

Thanks everyone.

I am planing on buying this after i get the extra money to purchase it. Since i tight on money i should be able to sometime in the middle of the summer. This information has helped and thank you.

Here's a good example of how this pc is going to be able to do in gaming, this video was recorded on a rig with an amd dual core A series apu (dual core you'd be getting a quad core and it would be a newer generation one so the graphics would be more powerful) with nothing but integrated graphics. He played in 720p on the highest settings and he was getting around 25 fps while recording, while not recording his framerate was around 40 fps. Hope this gives you an idea of how powerful this rig will be.
