lots of hard drive space with lots of round per second

is this pc OK? for DOOM 3? .. like for getting frame rates around 30s?
and what about other games?

NOTE: iam gonna upgrade to this pc so please be little kind :p

with lots of round per second? *snickers* That's a new one.

First off, there are many different kinds of 6200's. Many don't even have much RAM onboard. Mine, for example, only had 64M onboard. I suspect yours is much the same, which REALLY degrates the performace...

Now, I've never tried Doom 3 on my machine, but I would say you'd be lucky to get a decent frame rate on low quality at 640x480...

get a P4 and then u will be able to...also i'd say get enough so u will have 1gb ram...

mind, you won't be able to play on very high grraphics

640X480 ( thats my favourite resolution i just love it .. just wanna kiss it :p )
Graphic settings "OTHER THAN" low ones will be just fine for me :)
and i have a 256mb thing on board ;)

Comments!! SHOOT THEM!

wut we are saying is it will barely work on the lowest settings... aka it will be slow and jolty on the lowest settings... i am saying to make it work smoothly at lowest settings u will have to upgrade to a P4

from every thing mentioned above i guess if a 6200 has a 256mb ram on board .. then 640 or even high settings would be around 30fps!! .. 2.0ghz celeron and 768 kingston ram cant be that bad!!

Again, I found 3 different versions of the 6200 that have '256M'. 99% of the 6200's out there DON'T :P Regardless, even if you did have the 1% that did have actual 256M onboard, it wouldn't make that much of a difference...

fatal error!!!!!!!!!!!!! ......... MINE!!

my card will be PCX GeForce 6500 256MB (64-BITS) DDR-II not 6200 :p

again for reference .. heres the pc
2.0ghz celeron
768mb ddr kingston ram
PCX GeForce 6500 256MB (64-BITS) DDR-II card

Q)Will i get around 30 FPS on 640 X 480 Resolution ( medium/high settings )
