ok my monitor just got repaired and the workshop guy said that it has more than one fault .. so now when its back .. its more bright than when it was before .. now even if i turn off the color and brightness level to zero ( through monitor buttons ) .. i can still view the contents of the screen with the brightness which still remains on the screen.. is this normal?? like turning the only two stuff which effect the brightness to zero??
is this possible?
