Is it possible to make a message appear on the screen when someone accesses a website? I am talking about making a message appear when someone in my house logs onto a certain website on the same computer that I would set the message up on. For example, could is it possible for the message "Happy Birthday" to appear when my sister logs onto ESPN.com? If something like this is possible, could someone explain how to do it? Thanks.
 
The only thing i could think of is an Add-On for IE, try googling it but i doubt there is one, i just googled it then and got nothing.

I can't think of anything easy to do without altering the site or the computer. Why not just change her home page to some Happy Birthday page :P
 
You can write a webpage yourself and use javascript to make the fake popup warning windows that says whatever you want it to say. Then save it as an html document on the desktop and name it CLICK ME! :D
