Part per part seems pretty close either way. By building it you can approriate the money differenty and have an ssd/better ps&case. Not that it wouldn't perform, but I think that cooler's block is before they improved it-not positive.
 
looks about on par for what you would spend on a 2011 setup. only thing that is fishy is the PSU, id go with a more reputable unit from that section but otherwise looks like a good price.
 
^ I recommend against this as 1155 is a dead socket and the entry level 3820 goes head to head with the top of the line 3770k but its your choice. IB-E is coming sometime soon.
