I was looking on Newegg for this the following processor, but I cant seem to find it. Is the Intel Celeron 325 Prescott 478 mPGA 2.25ghz discontinued?

Have you tried Pricewatch? The sites there are probably as unsafe as ebay

have you tried a local comp store? or a thrift shop. tax season just ended so you might be able to find something someone donated.
