Is this PSU enought for my system?

CPU: Still waiting for Intel's price drop, going to get either one of these (E6750/Q6600)

MB: Gigabyte DS3R ddr2/ddr3

RAM: Crucial Ballistix PC2-8500 2X1GB DDR2-1066

HD: Seagate 500 GB

PSU: Corsair CMPSU-620HX 620W Atx Triple 12V

CASE: Antec Nine Hundred Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Ultimate Gamer Case

GPU: ATI HD 2900 XT (512mb)

I heard that the 2900 alone will suck up 500 watts in no time. so will my new psu handle this sucker alone with other hardware?
