Is this right?

I just got my new motherboard, I am about to take it to the computer store to get it put in. I have a concern that my windows won't stick once I put the new mobo in. Is there something that I can do to prevent windows from getting screwed up with the switch?

Also what other things do I need to know before I swap it?

Why not put it in yourself? If you have the book that came with the motherboard it should only take 20 minutes to pop the new one in.
