hahahaha i see no way that this site could be legal. here's an excerpt from their terms:

"2. Basic Conditions of Purchasing at Discounter Online online store
2.1. You are informed that the software is in English language only unless noted differently on the site or by the Support representative;
2.2. You will thoroughly follow the downloading and installation instructions on your account;
2.3. You cannot register the software with the manufacturer and updates are available not for all the products;
2.4. You do not receive printed license documentation;

2.6. The Store will assist the Customer with downloading and installation issues. We will not provide technical support after the software product is downloaded and installed; neither will it be available from the manufacturer of the software product.

2.7.1. The list of the products that should be burned before installation:

Never buy an illegal copy of windows, you will regret it. and plus it is not right, That is a good thing you want to make sure :D

Not plannning on it (I can buy a legal copy for $15 more elsewhere) However, I must ask: why would you regret it (other than not being able to get updates)?

No it doesn't. I know 'nuff people with a copied version and none of them do that.

not that i'm advocating piracy, but that is not true.

why would you regret it (other than not being able to get updates)?
you'll lose sleep from all the guilt

Well, simply, there are so many things that you can't access (non-critical updates, Windows Defender) There's no way that's an approved Microsoft Reseller, and you can count on it not being. All these "backup" sites, are just as bad, where I hear they cram as many apps as you choose onto as little media as possible, and charge you a specific fee per media, and it acutally comes with keygens, bad stuff. It's the right thing to do to get software legit, and I can sleep better with leigt stuff. I wouldn't feel right if I pirated, I mean, they make money so they can have lives and continue to work on the product because of that money.
