Is there a need for a upgrade for anything? is the processor good?

No.

1. It is a nice processor, but it is a bit out dated. It will be very cheap soon.

2. The GPU arrangment is stupid. Why get 2x 7600GS 512MB when you can buy one really nice card instead.

3. Depending on the usage, 2GB would be nice.

What are you using it for?

Go Am2, or Conroe, 939 is old. if you go either of those 2 ways, you'll need DDR2 ram, so that needs to be changed too.

And like bigsaucybob said, dont get two 7600GS, get a 7900gt, much MUCh better choice.

lastly, get a better PSU, 350Watt ain't gonna cut it.

:D Build it yourself... but yes socket 939 is outdated, well not completely, but thats a nice cpu, I have it. And a 7900gt would be much better.

What kind of spec am i looking for?

The higher the number the better?

That only works if you stay within the same series of graphics card, for example the 7900GT is better than the 7300GS, but the 7300 GT isn't as good at the 6800GT.
