Yes, but no need to panic, just click on the DNS check link in the article to find out if you are infected.
 
I haven't check the computer that I use to post this thread, but one laptop I left on last night I can't get online this morning after I rebooted. will all the computers infected if they are connected to the same router?

Your ok. The other is related to firewall if you can't access the internet.
Call the provider and they will step you through the process for the computer
that can't access. At least as long as your not having problems with windows or hardware.
Think it was related to malaware.
