While I was researching the 1900XTX, I came across a hardware review that says the 1900's memory clock speeds could be raised 100mhz (200mhz effective rate) without breaking a sweat. That seems like a lot. Although, the 1900s aren't pushed that hard right out of the factory...

Yes you should be able to overclock them really well they have huge fans on them so you can overclock them alot.
