This card good for WoW.WOTLK, L4D2, NFSProstreet, and CSS? The Card and supply all together cost $123.98 He doesn't want to go above $130.

The card's on the lower end of the spectrum. It'd probably do OK with most of those games as long as the res/detail isn't pushed too high.
 
Sorry. I misread your post. I thought you were looking for just a video card. In that case i vote for the 4670 posted above.
 
i would recommend waiting and saving up money if you can. the hd 4670 shouldn't be too bad, but i think you would be a lot happier if you went with, say, the hd 4850 mentioned above (or another one like it). they have a slightly higher core clock and a higher memory clock. but the biggest thing is it has a 256-bit memory interface vs. the 128-bit one on the hd 4670. just what i would do...
