Is this what a dying CRT monitor looks like?

These are pics of the grayscaling of the backround when you click shutdown on two different monitors hooked up to the same comp. The first one I suspect is dying. The second one doesn't really have all that wierd black stuff all over thats the camera, but the first one really looks like that.

lol you're actually right I just switch the monitors and after I connected the secondary monitor to the primary display plug it did the same thing. So could this be fixed any other way than RMA'ing?
